You’ll practice boundary language that doesn’t send you into guilt.

By Week 12, you trust yourself in a way you can feel.
You’ll build a plan for the next 90 days so the work doesn’t disappear after the program ends.

Most of my clients haven’t. You don’t need experience with coaching to benefit from this program. You just need to be honest with yourself and willing to do the work. I’ll guide the process. Your job is to show up.

No. I’m not a therapist and this program isn’t a replacement for therapy. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. We work on patterns, boundaries, self-trust, and building a life that actually feels like yours. If you’re currently in therapy, coaching can work alongside it. If you’re in active crisis or need clinical support, I’ll always encourage you to work with a licensed professional first.

The 12-week structure exists for a reason. Real change doesn’t happen in a weekend. The first four weeks build your foundation. The middle four are where the breakthroughs happen. The final four are where everything clicks into place. If you’re waiting for a time when life feels calm enough to start, that time probably won’t come. You don’t need perfect conditions. You need a starting point.

This program is built for women who are ready to do the work, and part of that means being honest about fit. If something feels off in the first week, we talk about it. I’d rather have a direct conversation early than have you quietly disengage. That said, discomfort in the first few weeks is normal. Growth feels uncomfortable before it feels good. There’s a difference between “this isn’t right for me” and “this is hard.” I’ll help you figure out which one it is.

Rise is self-guided with two coaching calls and weekly check-ins. It works well if you’re self-motivated and want structure with some accountability.
Breakthrough gives you six coaching calls, Voxer and email access to me during the week, and a personalized action plan after every session. Most of my clients choose this tier.
Transform is full access. Weekly calls, daily Voxer support, bonus deep-dive sessions, and a personalized workbook. If you want to go all in, that’s the one.
