You’ve survived.

Now it’s time to Rebuild.

You don’t need another affirmation.

You need someone who’s been where you are and knows the way forward.

If you’re a woman healing from domestic abuse navigating life as a young mom, or parenting a child with special needs, this is where you stop doing it alone.

Are you a Woman Who…

You became a mom young. You stayed longer than you should have. You did things you’re not proud of to get through the hardest seasons. Shame keeps telling you that’s who you are. It’s lying.

Is carrying shame for choices you made when you were just trying to survive.

You’re out. But you flinch at raised voices. You second-guess every decision. You smile like everything’s fine while your body braces for impact. That’s survival mode. And it’s exhausting.

Left the relationship but still lives like you’re in it.

You’ve read the books. Tried the journaling. Listened to the podcasts. Nothing lands. You keep starting over and wondering if you’re doing it wrong.

Wants to heal but can’t make anything stick.

You advocate. You sacrifice. You show up every single day. But no one’s showing up for you. You’re starting to forget who you were before the diagnosis, the therapies, the endless appointments.

Feel invisible as a parent of a child with special needs.

You’ve spent years staying quiet to keep the peace. Now when you try to set a boundary, you feel selfish. Or scared. Or both.

Doesn’t know how to speak up
without feeling guilty

You don’t have to stay here.

I’ve been there.
I’ve done the work.

Now, I’m here for you.

Hi, I’m Tesse.

I survived domestic abuse. I became a mom at 16. I’ve raised a child with special needs while carrying the kind of weight most people don’t want to talk about. I know what it feels like to smile like everything’s fine while your whole world is falling apart inside.

I also know what it takes to come back from that.

I became a life coach, speaker, and mentor because I was tired of watching women settle for survival when they were built for so much more. I don’t coddle. I call you forward. I walk beside you, not above you, and I tell you the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s how real change happens.

Whether you’re healing from abuse, navigating motherhood before you were ready, or trying to hold it all together while parenting through the impossible, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
