From Surviving to Choosing
A live workshop for the woman who is done reacting to her life and ready to start choosing it. No replay pressure. No pitch fest. One hour, live, with Tesse.
Save My Seat — It's FreeYou're not broken. You're stuck in survival mode.
You get through the day. You handle it. From the outside, you look fine. But you know the truth.
- You override what you actually feel because someone else's comfort came first, again.
- You replay conversations at 2am, rewriting what you should have said.
- You call it "fine" because "not fine" feels like too much to hand anyone.
- You function. You don't flourish. And you're tired of the difference.
I know because I lived it.
I raised myself emotionally before I knew that was even a thing you could name. I became a mother young. I buried grief instead of feeling it. I stayed in relationships that cost me myself because leaving felt harder than staying.
One night, the person I loved moved out. The apartment went quiet enough to hear the refrigerator hum. I stood in front of the bathroom mirror and didn't recognize the woman looking back at me. I hated her.
That was the moment everything changed. Not because life got easier. Because I finally took accountability for it.
I didn't fix myself overnight. I found a trauma-informed therapist. I sat in the back of a support group for three weeks before I said more than my name. I practiced saying no without an apology attached to it. Messy. Unglamorous. Every day.
Today my life isn't perfect. It's honest. And I built a way to teach the exact tools that moved me from surviving to choosing. That's what this workshop is.
What you'll walk away with
This isn't a highlight reel of my story. It's a working session. You'll leave with tools you can use that same night.
The survival pattern you're running
Name the specific loop keeping you stuck: overthinking, shutting down, or people-pleasing. You can't interrupt a pattern you can't name.
One boundary script you can use tonight
A real sentence, not a concept. Something you can send in a text before you go to bed.
A clear next step, not just a feeling
You'll leave knowing exactly what "choosing" looks like in your specific situation this week, not someday.
This workshop is for you if:
- You're healing from a relationship, a season, or a version of yourself that ran on survival mode.
- You've done some of the work already and you're ready for the next layer, not a reintroduction to therapy language you already know.
- You're tired of insight without traction. You want a tool, not another journal prompt you'll forget by Thursday.
This isn't therapy and it isn't a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a domestic violence hotline in your area first.
Before you register
Is this actually free?
Yes. No card required to register. The only ask at the end is an invitation to keep working together if it's a fit, and there's zero pressure either way.
Is there a replay if I can't make it live?
No. This is live-only, no replay. If you register, block the time. That's part of why it works: everyone in the room is actually present.
Do I get anything for staying the whole hour?
Yes. Attendees who stay for the full workshop get the 3 Non-Negotiables Workbook, the same prompts Tesse worked through herself, walking you through the three non-negotiables covered live. It goes out after the workshop ends, so you have to be there for the whole hour to get it.
What if I've never done coaching or therapy before?
Good. Come as you are. Nothing here requires prior experience or a vocabulary for what you're feeling. You just need to show up.
Will you be selling something?
At the end, I'll share how women who want more support can work with me further. You can take it or leave it. The hour itself is built to stand on its own.
Stop surviving it. Start choosing it.
DATE at TIME. One hour. Live. Free.
